I'll take that Timmy guy.
David Robinson was my favorite player growing up and I still think he might be a top 25 player of all-time, but Tim Duncan in his prime was in my opinion a top 5 player of all-time and may go down as one of the greatest with a few more rings.
I'll take that Timmy guy.
I love DR, but TD is the man.
paging whottt...........
BTW I say DRob...
Tim with Dave's athleticism.
Dave with Tim's desire to win.
Damn if they were one player he would be unstoppable.
# 51 Duuuuuuuncan Robinson. Oh got lost in thought!
I'd have to say Timmayyyy
David Robinson Without A Doubt
Better Blocker,better Defender
Regular season: David Robinson
NBA Playoffs: Tim Duncan
Absolutely. For the excitement of the flying one-handed alley-oop I'll take Robinson every day of the week. For the excitement of the riverwalk parade, I'll take Duncan every day of the week.
By the way, the answer to the question in this thread for Spurs fans is: We had one and are currently enjoying the other.
dude you must be really young, DRob had the guns since Navy years. Big Dave was a 7 foot Micheal Jordan without the killer instict and support cast. But for me its a toss up, if you saw DRob from 89-95, he was really something special on both ends of the court, but usually burnt out by the playoffs from over use during the regular season. Duncan more of a fundamental game.
