How much money do the spurs have to re-sign Parker?

They need to lock him in now. He's the best up and coming PG in the league. Who are the PGs who are better than he is? A healthy Jason Kidd, a younger Sam Cassell, a younger Gary Payton...they are all on the decline. TP will be the best in another year or two. He'll make the All Star game within 3 years, I predict.
