I've been there. My advice: Don't do it.
I started tapping a chick I worked with and it lasted for a good while. Things went sour and I was subjected to more ing drama than I've ever experienced. All of my co-workers were gossiping at 100mph, my boss got pissed because he said it was a big distraction, and all the while I had to see her all of the time.
When things get bad when I am seeing some chick, I break it off and avoid her easily. Problem solved. When it's at work, you can't avoid them and you're stuck.
It wasn't worth the ass. I could have had someone else outside of my professional life and it would have made things 1000 times easier.

If it is true that your father owns the company - or if you have some kind of ownership stake - I would skip it unless you think it would be okay for her to have part of your ownership stake. Sexual harrassment law is pretty serious .
Even hot women are a dime a dozen. Unless you think it could turn into something more, that there is a real connection that goes beyond physical, I would avoid it. The potential disadvantages/risks outweigh the one (admittedly pretty damn nice) benefit.
Even if you do sense something more is there, be cafeful. But that situation is really a different conversation altogether.
I've been there, and the best advice I have for you is to make sure the first hook-up is at her place. If she turns out to be some psycho , or if you determine that this is going to be a one-timer, at least she won't know where you live.
