Two minutes...two minutes.
Not a matter of nerves, it's just that sometimes I can't get the answer to come out. I used to think my dad was an idiot because he'd point at the screen and snap his fingers during Jeopardy and then say "Yeah that was it". Now I'm becoming that.![]()
Two minutes...two minutes.
Done. Blew a few, guessed on some more. I don't think I'm booking a plane ticket to Hollywood any time soon.
Meh, better than last year, prolly still not good enough. Still too many lit questions.
I forgot Lindsay Lohan's name.
Well, that didn't go well. Even on half of the ones I DID know, I blanked just long enough so that I couldn't type it fast enough. One of the answers was Herbie Han , and all I could think was "Bernie... Bernie? Bernie....."
One of my answers was "Led the force that captured the Alamo in 1836, also president of Mexico." LOL
Hope they didn't expect me to type Antonio de Padua María Severino López de Santa Anna y Pérez de Lebrón in 15 stinkin' seconds.
I started to type Antonio and then backspaced and got Santa Anna just in time.
ya there were some really stupid questions.
i liked the santa anna one.
i almost put santy anna at first![]()
BUMP
Probably should bumped this a couple of days ago, but the eastern time zone doesn't count for much. Online contestant test is at 8 tonight for the central time zone!

I signed up, woohoo!
I've got a previous engagement tonight, will take it tomorrow with all the West Coast types. Like taking a trivia test at 10PM is going to work.![]()
I will be taking it tonight.![]()
I'll take it again, but I'm sure I'll airmail on just enough not to get considered. Next year I should be sufficiently senile that I won't be able to answer anything.
Welp, there's always next year. God damn those questions were hard.
I know i got two right!![]()
I would like to say I took the test...but more accurately...it took me.
