Cause Martin Zeno is the most unstoppable player in the Big 12 and deserved a billion ft attempts in the 2nd half? Get real. Had Kirk not thrown the ball away on the last possession and had the aggies not made other boneheaded turnovers that game would've been a W.

I didn't inject ttekk into this thread, someone else did. I was merely answering a post. And like you don't have a history along with jgw and dc of sabbotaging threads.

Actually... if you look at the NCAA player rankings... Zeno is pretty high:

14 fta was 3 times his season avg. I wasnt saying he was a bad player but 14 ft attempts is a little ridiculous.

Well, A&M outshot Tech in the 2nd half, but when Martin Zeno is getting the Dirk treatment, then it's difficult to stop them. They don't have any game outside of Jarrius Jackson, so it's easy for Durant to outscore them when Zeno isn't charging into people and walking to the line.

I think it's gonna be a close game.
I'll be happy with whoever wins though.

Any ranking that has Mario Boggan at #2 and Glen Davis at #6 - should be #52 and #106 respectively - has no business on this board.

    I hooked us up:

Jim (Phoenix, AZ): Despite a poor showing against LSU (compounded by the fact that LSU is tanking), why does everyone seem to be calling Texas A&M the pretenders of the top 10? First off, Duke's loss last night showed a little more "pretender" than a TAMU team that lost by 2 to the winningest coach in NCAA history. They may have lost a couple of road games (UCLA, TTU) with poor execution down the stretch, but doesn't a team with that kind of defensive ability and sense of unity deserve a lot of the minimal hype it receives? Tomorrow's game in Lawrence is huge.

Joe Lunardi: (2:25 PM ET ) I'm not at all down on Texas A&M (and will be discussing the Aggies on ESPN News at 340pm ET). They are going to need a big scalp at some point, however, and the entire nation will be watching tomorrow night.

ESPN News at 3:40 ET he'll talk about the Ags.

Yeah, I got the day off so I'm in too. Why does tomorrow night's game have to be so far away?

I guess I can just bask in the glory of the Suns victory yesterday... haha, sorry...

Yeah, this is a big game tomorrow, but a 5-1 conference record is nothing to sneeze at, which is what that Palm Reader sounded like he was doing.

I should have recorded it... damn. He basically just gave us huge props and said RPI is a little meaningless. I'm ok with RPI when it determines getting into the tourney, but since the Ags don't have to worry about that this year (so far), it's worthless to me.

Scary part is that A&M is #3 in ASM and Kansas is #4

Best line by Lunardi: "Everyone seems to be down on A&M right now and I just don't understand why." Summed up the past 2 weeks in a nuts .

you are all overlooking the fact that Captain Mike has owned JGW like 10 times in a row, only recently has JGW got some revenge....i guess if you're going for 'last point wins' kinda thing, then its true

but historically JGW is captain mike's pet

Btw, sorry JGW - I forgot you were a USC boy...
