I'm a hispanic. I'm a Junior at the aforementioned high school, Reagan. "Multiculturalism" isn't "allowed" anywhere. There's something that's kinda called the 15th Amendment. So I'd be careful about sounding elitist if I were you.

And it's not like Hispanics are the dregs of society either, Reagan has enough problems that don't involve ethnic conflict or prejudice.
