Any good alternatives for people that can't take horse pills?
They have liquid vitamins now. Or you can try those kiddie vitamins that are actually a bubble gum piece with the vitamins in it.

All, I stopped a couple of years ago (though I occasionally eat chicken but very rare) and now I can't bring myself to start again. I drink milk (with cereal in the morning) and I try to have some kind of cheese or yogurt every day, but my mom has a lot of health problems (she has very weak bones and some osteoperosis) so I'm taking precaution.

Do you put the cereal in the milk, or vice versa?

You're about 20 minutes late, Shoog already tried that joke.

Only losers put the cereal in first.

I just finished taking GNC's Men's athletic multi-vitamin. Now I just drink 30 mL of Tahitian Noni per day - 152 nutrients plus xeronine. Its awesome and the world's most nutritious fruit. So I don't take multi-vitamins now, but I would recommend that GNC brand.

I take HEB's rip off of Centrum A to Zinc. It's molecularly the same stuff, so why pay twice the price for the name brand?

Centrum Silver is for old people... I wouldn't recommend that one for you.

I'm not a big fan of the supplements you find in GNC and similar stores. Some of their nonstandard products contain additives/minerals which have no proven benefit, and others (like chromium) have been associated with liver and kidney damage in people.

    Corn rocks?

That's why you're supposed to take stool softeners with them.

You should read this article about multivitamins. They are NOT created equally.

You should call your doctor and ask which type of the Centrum brand he recommends.

    1P1,
You can also take Viactiv (not Viagra, guys) chews, They are little chocolate, mochaccino or caramel chews you buy at the store. They contain 500mg of calcium plus Vit.D & K. 20 calories. You can chew one up to 3 times a day. That what my doctor put me on initially. I love the caramel. Yummy!!

Oh yeah, Walmart makes a very good multi pack of vitamins for women as well. They are already divided into little cellophane packages with all the needed supplements. It makes it easy to pop a bag into your purse if your on the go and can't take it at home or are traveling. They are that expensive either.

Is that the combination Viagra/Proactiv pill?

Cool, sexual arousal and clears up acne.

I've taken the Viactiv before, vitamins in chocolate - can't go wrong! I currently take Women's One-a-Day though.
