I really like what Pop says about the international players like Viktor and Sergei. They bring them in give them a chance to play against the likes of TD,MANU and TP and on top of that
get state of the art practice facilities and top of the line medical treatment. Give them a taste and something to work towards.
I'm sure all teams do this, but hearing Pop say that just put it in my face and I thought to myself damn thats pretty smart.
