There I fixed it for you!![]()
JR Smith? That dunker that plays for the Hawks?
Shaq is one of the worst. He is allowed to clear out space before he dunks and gets away with big hops with long hesitations before he takes a shot, which should be up and down or traveling calls.
True. And if you want to get technical about it, about 5 times a game when Duncan is trailing and they throw it to him at the top of the arc to reverse the ball, he takes a step off his pivot foot.
But the NBA decided years ago that it was going to be very liberal with its traveling calls. There are very very few players that have a right to complain about anybody else getting away with it.
The worst was Derek Anderson. He didn't always even travel with a purpose. He'd just stand out behind the 3 point arc and move his feet all over the place, changing his pivot foot two or three times.
Doesn't Horry slide his feet before he takes a three?
And I'm surprised nobody even dared mention Lebron's name.![]()
I guess whatever advantage he can get. He sucks at defense, hasnt been able to make a shot, and looks completely lost on the court. F him
@ Stephen Jackson ...........................................^
"Euro step."
you think he is making a reference to where manu was born?![]()
gamesmanship is anothe way of saying poor sportsmanship. No matter the sport, gamesmanship cheats the game
Denver really targets Manu he owned them in the 05 playoffs and is going to be BOO'd BADLY come Sat, hope Manu shoves it down their throats.
I think a ton of booing and overall harsh treatment from the Denver fans is exactly what Manu needs to get going, to get the energy and compe ive fire up again. The best thing the Denver fans could do would be to not show him any attention whatsoever, but those dumb asses are going to end up sparking him to dominating performances against their own team.
The Giant will soon write an article about JR's defensive mastery of Manu and thats why the crapNuggets will win the le this year and the Spurs will go down in flames.
I hope not. Then Manu will rip us a new one and drop 40 on us the next game.
He will do that anyway.. have no fear.
Since Andrei Kirilenko actually does cry (here's just one of a few examples that have been put out for public consumption), it's kind of a disservice to him when you say other players cry. ' ' or 'Whine' would be better.

A "euro step"? Where the did that come from and what does it have to do with the style of play in europe? If JR keeps playing like he has been, then he might actually BE in Europe to make the comparison.... but until then, shut it.
I hope so![]()
I haven't noticed the guy...he hasn't done in these games...barely even stepped on the court.
its just george karls way of telling his players to , to get the refs attention. karl cant keep talking all the time
He did walk one one play that I remember. Wasn't called.
Bull ...they talked about that 2 years ago.
I remember Manu saying I always take 2 steps.
I had to search for it but it was there in my head. So I looked...
SI did an article about Manu.
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/pr/...613/index.html It was an article called "Manu off to the races. " You need to be an insider to get there but if you just do a little more investigation...
I found it here:

Screw you JR!!!!
Hey JR...quityour in'! Be happy that Manu didn't sign with your team, otherwise you'd be playing in the D League.
Though his legs are relatively short for his frame, Ginobili covers an inordinate amount of ground, which has led to much wailing that he travels more than a rail-riding hobo. "I do not travel," says Ginobili. "I take two steps always." Bowen, who played for parts of two seasons in France, agrees. "We're taught over here to take these little pitty-pat two steps, but in Europe they take two long steps," he says. One NBA referee, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirmed that while officials do get complaints about Ginobili's alleged traveling, "it's not even an issue."
Along with long steps, Ginobili takes side steps, so his journey to the hoop is seldom a straight -- or predictable -- route. He charges into the lane like a tailback into the line, feinting toward one hole then darting into another. "Manu's learned to take his steps wide and not in the same direct path," says Bowen. "He uses his steps to get around people, not just by them."
RECOGNIZE GREATNESS, it's name is Manu Ginobili!![]()
Well, if Mats SAYS he only takes two steps, that settles that.
Manu is going to run wild in Denver.
