the only reason why mav fans would go for the spurs is because one wagon has broken down and the other is still moving headstrong. yeah how's it feel to not only take the le as the "biggest choke job" in history of any finals but now you get another le: "biggest choke job of any #1 seeded team with the highest record to lose to the #8 in any playoffs ever!
them mavs better take that chorizo out their mouths cause they keep choking like little pussies time and time again.

there's a million reasons why i love this game, but #1 is watching the mavs cry like es & #2 is hearing all the bs coming from all the bandwagon fans out in dallas. can you hear it yet? yeah it's the sound of all them fakes crying over the fact that they went out and bought a nowitzski jersey yesterday and will have to retire it tonight.

Thats what I mean...why do you care about whether the Mavs win or lose? Who cares about the Mavs bandwagon fans? I know it has nothing to do with 2006.
Personally, I ain't sayin' until the Spurs close it out against the Nuggets and the Mavs are eliminated, which hasn't happened yet...
all i care about is that the spurs advance towards the finals and earn another championship... but the icing on the cake would be watching all the mav fans cry like they have every yr since 1980-81. actually just knowing cuban gets nothing in return for s ing out millions would be the icing.

To answer your question, we are getting beat physically. Golden State has dictated almost every aspect of the game. Combined with good shooting that's a recipe for defeat in the playoffs. Simply put, Golden State has been the better team and the Mavs have not been able to rise to the occasion.

It's disappointing but we aren't done yet. I seem to remember the Spurs going down 1-3 last year to the Mavs. They fought and clawed their way back to force a game 7 but got beat by the better team.
I think the Mavs can do the same thing but I'm certain that overall the Mavs are the better team than GS and have a better shot at coming all the way back from 1-3. Just gotta turn it on.

it's not the mavs i necessarily hate nor their fans(although yeah i dont like some of the players/fans) but their owner that i despise and he doesnt deserve to be a part of anything great.

I'd suggest that you cool some of your smack until: (1) the Spurs have actually accomplished something; and (2) the Mavericks are actually eliminated. Until then, you basically look foolish.

revisiting last yr is something we've all done here....yep i read these forums even though i don't post much at all. i'm sure you ed & whined too about the spurs loss last yr in the playoffs; if not you're not much of a fan cause i got that tivo'd and can clearly see the missed calls at the end of regulation in game7 and not only that but the rest of that series.... then again we can't hand in tapes to the nba like cuban can so we gotta just live with it right?
