Complete crap, but nice try.![]()
Suns are screwed they will be without two starters and all SA gave up was Horry.
Complete crap, but nice try.![]()
lol the league took it upon themselves to review bowen.
if we win, i want to win it against a full squad, so they will have no excuses to back it up
Same here let everybody play let's lace em up and play man up. But Joey Crawford has pictures of Steve Javie with farm animals.
If they didn't break the rules, then no problem. You didn't see any Spurs leaving the bench, do you? Stoudemire is a dumb and Diaw did the dumbest thing imaginable in the situation. I wish they hadn't done that, but they did. It's their fault for being dumb ass s. Blame them.
wow....no suspensions please.....
everyone is right, amare and diaw were not coming in the game, they wanted to rush to center court......
however, it's a stupid rule like barkley says.....the rule is there to prevent a situation, which it did. nothing happend......
League will not suspend any Sun player... Amare came off the bench and started holding people back.
How is it logical that Horry puts Nash into the boards with the biggest move ever and THE SUNS LOSE 2 PLAYERS?
Get a clue you goddamn homers.
No, you off.
Your boys are a bunch of hot heads and Horry baited them and they took the bait. Horry is dirty, so ing what? So is your boy Raja, and AMare and Boris are ing idiots for leaving the bench.
Shaq even called them out, said they knew what they were doing when they left the bench.
I'd love for it to be decided at full strength, but seeings the refs didn't afford us that liberty tonight with a couple of bull calls on Duncan, you won't get any pity for your suck ass team from me.
The league let this situation get to this point by letting Phoenix cry for the last 10 days, and then upgrading a personal to a flagrant on Bowen today. The stage was set, and the refs looked the other way all game long tonight while Phoenix took cheap shot after cheap shot at the Spurs because of all your team's pansy ass ing whining.
Horry paid all those cheap shots from Nash and Raja tonight back with interest. Sucks for you that Amare and Boris have the combined intelligence of a peanut.
Letter of the rule: I think you have to suspend Amare and Boris.
Spirit of the rule: Private reprimand, minimal fine.
To bad Dallas couldn't win a series.
Where's your team?
No one wants anyone suspended.
They showed it on the replay on TNT Amare was standing there on the sidelines with everyone else and he was on the court when it broke out there is little doubt he is gone for game 5 along with Boris. Spurs sucked ass down the stretch they ought to be ashamed of themselves.
I'd rather have them both in Game 5.
Kenny made a great point that if the league doesn't suspend Diaw and Amare then how would you enforce that rule later when people rush on the court during a skirmish.
It will be an interesting decision by the league office.
It only makes sense that both teams play with full strenth
The right thing to do is to suspend the players, its a no tolerance policy and not adhering to it proves once and for all that whining to the media and refs between games really does influence the series.
First of all -- Amare did head on the court reacting to the altercation!
But I do not think he warrants the suspension!
Horry -- I'm disappointed in his actions, but (I'm not lyin') it felt good to see him take that shot!
No doubt, the refs forced the Spurs to back off on the interior defense at the end!
(Pops seem to go away from what worked earlier in the game)
It would have been nice to see TP with the ball down the stretch vice Manu
TP -- on Nash
Brent Barry in for Bowen to provide a perimeter threat instead of a liability!
rules are rules...ur just hating and kinda sad that ur team lost to an 8 seed....thats one thing the mavs have done that the spurs havent done... that no team has been that horrible in the playoffs...sucks man..bring on them cowboys to the alamodome...cant wait to watch spurs basketball on wed
I'd rather see them play but after the Indiana fiasco I think it'll be tough for the league to look beyond this one. If they do let this go then how will players leaving the bench for a fight be addressed in the future? It seems like the "no tolerance" policy is about to get a firm look for the sake of keeping this series interesting.
Actually they did- their toes on the line technically breaks the rule, too.
You're just wishing for a cheap thing that isn't even deserved. Whatever dude. The only player that deserves a suspension from this game is Horry.
It's logical because it's the rules. You're the ing idiot homer.
WRONG!!! Watch the replay...both Stoudemire and Diaw were in the bench area...they both left the bench area and entered the court area...they must both be suspended per NBA rules.
Actually, I'd like to know WHY it isn't warranted. I watched most of the Pacers players get suspended for multiple games for leaving the bench...many of them not throwing punches, but rather, trying to break up the fight...they got suspended. Why shouldn't these 2? If the NBA start making exceptions for certain players, and not for others, it will have a mess on its hands.
It needs to be even across the board. Fair is fair. They left the bench, and there is NO way they were entering the game...that's total crap. I know you didn't make that comment, but others have.
That ing sucks. It was a stupid foul by Horry. Stoudamire and Diaw need to be suspended if the league wants to keep the integrity of the rule. That said, that's a way to win game 5, if we even do win game 5 (how many times have Spurs lost to teams that were understrength).
Horry's gone for Game 5 also.
Diaw and Amare gotta protect that Canadian rep.
I dont care if Horry nudged Nash into the wall. This league is waaay too pussy lately.
