Apparently, Stoudemire was already on his way into the game, but Diaw should be suspended because he did violate the rule.
I don't know what the Horry was thinking, but both Stoudemire and Diaw left the bench to walk TOWARD the altercation. The NBA has a no tolerance rule stating that ANY PLAYER THAT LEAVES THE BENCH during an altercation is suspended for 1 game. They HAVE to follow that rule and suspend both Stoudemire and Diaw 1 game. If they don't, they have absolutely no integrity left.
Apparently, Stoudemire was already on his way into the game, but Diaw should be suspended because he did violate the rule.
We find out what the league is made of tomorrow. If they have any nuts, AMare and Diaw are suspended for game 5. If not, this .
I think it's obvious that's not why Amare was headed in that direction...
Y'all are some gullible ers if you believe Amare was on his way to the scorer's table. TNT showed the replay, he didn't get off his ass until Nash was on his.
I'd prefer no Suns suspensions. Its not really warranted.
I knew some idiot would come in here spouting that the Sun's bench coaches were trying to say, and that's why I said he walked TOWARDS the altercation. I even put it in caps for your ass. He wasn't walking towards the scorers table, he walked on the court towards the altercation. That's why the Suns coaches were holding him back... no way he even came close to going to the scorers table.
Let me get this strait... your team acts like a buncha es and crosses the line and you EXPECT the league to help you out?
off.
lol you spurs fans are something else.
Neither was us getting ed by the refs tonight Manny, but it still happened.
Amare was going to the scrum. Thats obvious. what Pheonix was saying. I still don't wan't either suspended.
Shaq on inside said they both knew what would happen once they crossed that line.
I do. We had to play half the game with Duncan on the bench tonight due to bull calls on TD. Payback's a .
So ing what. The refs did hte Spurs tonight, but the Spurs choked in the fourth themselves. They played through the ing bull calls until the 3 minutes that really counted. it man, Pheonix doesn't deserve having those 2 players suspended.
i watched it closely. amare and boris were standing in the same position during the entire play until the camera panned away from them to follow nash to about 1/3 court. then as amare and boris came into the picture, the asst coach was unsuccessfully holding them back, not giving them instructions to go into the game.
i gotta hand it to the suns for keeping at it, but they got weak for a moment and it's going to cost them.
Haha Spurs can't beat the Suns so they want Amare suspended. So sad. Classless play by Horry caused the whole thing. If that's the case then Horry should be suspended for the rest of the series.
Let me get this STRAIGHT (dumb ass)... your player is a ing moron and breaks an NBA rule that the NBA STATES is a ZERO TOLERANCE RULE THAT IS A 1 GAME SUSPENSION, and you don't blame Stoudemire for being a complete dumb ?
Horry should be suspended as well.
Hey, isn't that the the Suns pulled? Whine to the league and hope Big Brother will step in and help them?
Horry should be suspended, and any Sun player that left the bench should be suspended. Thems the rules and there is precedent for this, Heat vs. Knicks.
I'd rather they not get suspended, because I want the series to be decided at full strength - whoever wins. But, that IS the rule. They SHOULD be suspended as the rule is written - whether any of us agree with the rule or not. I'm not saying I want them to be, though.
Um... he was standing around with the other players watching the game, he made no movement towards the scorers table until Nash hit the floor. That is Boris and Amare took off.
Amare was holding people back... LOOK AT THE REPLAY
all 3 players are suspended....maybe give horry a fine and a suspension and give amare and diaw a game...thats bs about checking in he was at the bench not at the scorers table...suns just tried to cover it up...its the damn rules follow the rules suns..they can do whatever they want with horry...but rules are the rules its very unfortunate amare and diaw wasnt thinking at the time
So if the Spurs played stupid tonight, why should AMare and Boris catch a break for reacting stupidly?
that logic.
The whole thing just sucks.
They Didnt Put Someone Into The Boards!
