Wow, fortunately the Spurs are a team that doesn't play with, rely on, or feed off emotion.

I've noticed that the Spurs crowd isn't very loud and just doesn't give a . In Game 7 of the 2005 finals everybody expected the crowd to go berserk and people said they did, but I watched the game and it was probably like .1 decible higher than it usually is. Pretty pathetic.

I was at that game -- and have been at more than my fair share of Spurs games since the late 70's -- and I can assure you that the crowd was far better than you think it was. It was incredible and anyone who was there would tell you so. The building was rocking 15 minutes before the tip and it seemed like it never stopped. It was still outrageously loud on the concourses an hour after the game ended, when people were in line to buy t-shirts. It's shameful for you to suggest that the crowd was apathetic that night. It was anything but that.
