Holy you must be older than Bill Gates
Do you still have it I will buy it from you! That is a collectors Item.
I guess this makes you the first Geek @ ST![]()
Mousie...no matter what, you will ALWAYS be older than me!
Nah...it was my dad's computer. I don't know what he did with it. Too bad, though. It be pretty cool to fire that thing up.
Was your dad a Geek also? Or a Gamer?
You ave a picture of him?
Neither...I do remember that we took some classes on writing programs. I don't know why he bought that computer.
While everyone had Atari, we had Odessey!![]()
Have you seen Pirates of silicon valley?
I think so.
Actually, hubby is the computer geek. He always built our computers from scratch, but doesn't have time for that anymore. He needs to go through our graveyard and clean out some stuff. I will gladly donate them to you when he does, but don't hold your breath for it to be anytime soon.
I will give him some stuff I don't need also. I found an old stamp in a house I was painting, It has the artists signature and come with a frame like this,
The stamp is on the frame already with an autograph of Joe Thornbugh.
And I have a box full of Duncan rookie cards he can have also.
i have something I don't mention since it offends many. But My Grandfather gave me an old Nazi Arm band he took of a dead German solder in the war. It is in mint condition and is hand made, not like the flags but like it was embroidered. I have no Idea the value I saw one on eBay for 100.00 dollars back in 1998.
Will you be interested in any odd collectibles?
Not a dang thing.
Hey, I used to have an Atari 400 (nasty chicklet keyboard), a C64, and a TRS-80 Model 100 (the first 'laptop' with the 8x40 'screen') too. Talk about older than dirt!
