The point of my topic was to add to Spurswoman's Ryland Fubar.

Ryland continues to not fix my leak in roof, my leak in the back wall, my loose boards upstairs, and a bunch of other .

Work is going on like crazy in my neighborhood ... finally. The worst of the houses I believe have been bought back or some other arragements have been made, but my 2 neighbors to the right have moved out and there is a ton of work being done on their homes ... and driveways are being repaired at a lot of homes also ... another major complaint (including ours). Maybe you should start boycotting the model homes and getting media attention, too.

We have our one year walk thru next month, and already have a pretty good laundry list. I'm hoping that in the current state of affairs in my neighborhood, they'll be taken care of pretty quickly.

Good, I've given them til next weekend to finish everything or I am going to start a neighborhood marketing campaign. They suck.
