I came home from work today and some head left a wire hanging out of my electric box.
I have no idea if it's hot or not.. I am waiting for CPS to come and write these dip s that Ryland hires up.....

right click the picture saved on your hard drive, select edit. it will open the picture in paint, click on image up on top then stretch/skew and change the horizontal/vertical to 50%
Not anything about the pool--but is that common with new homes to have the fence face one way, then the other in the next 8 feet, and then back again? Just curious because how does that work for repairs? Who gets what section? Just wondering......

I believe that's a Ryland thing ... ours is like that, too. Whichever side is facing you, I guess, is the one you're responsible for.

The only thing wrong with the above ground pool is the look of it.
You can still get wet, you can still have fun, the cost is 95% less than an inground pool.
The point of my topic was to add to Spurswoman's Ryland Fubar.
Ryland continues to not fix my leak in roof, my leak in the back wall, my loose boards upstairs, and a bunch of other .
I know that above ground pools are not for MTV cribs, so blow me.
A lot of deed restricted communities won't allow you to have a below ground pool from what I understand. Just as well though because depending on what side of town you reside, the dirt contractor likely buried all of the boulders they were supposed to haul off in your back yard.
