No PC version of 2k8, only Live 08. 2k8 only for 360, ps3, ps2, and xbox.
Maybe the 360, but not the X-Box either. They have stopped making games for the X-Box I've heard.

No need for a ps3 until the big games start coming out.
IGN didn't seem too impressed with 2k8. They gave it a 7.9 (last year's was like 8.8), and said the lock on defense and the defensive AI are crap.
yeah, they were saying something about how Shaq could lock down Lebron on the perimeter with the lock on d thing. I think that's pretty stupid from IGN because Lebron is tons faster than shaq and you could easily drive past him no matter how much lock down Shaq is playing.
Gamespot gave 2K8 an 8.5, that's about where I'd give it.
Too many ing missed layups though!
How would you compare it to 2k7? I'm still loving 2k7, so if 2k8 isn't even as good, I'll probably wait until it hits $30 before getting it.
I don't know about the 360 version, but on the PS2 version the dunks are kind of NBA jammish.
