^Exactly. I'd say Mavs play way too intensely against the Spurs in the regular season. Case in Point, after the last Mavs Spurs game of this season, Mavs dropped 3 in a row to lesser teams and haven't looked good in their victories since then. Whereas the Spurs seem have been playing at the same level throughout the regular season, and pick it up in April. Case in point...they looked like they were playing the Blazers the last time they played the Mavs. And they've played at that level every game. It's just easier to beat the lesser opponents at that level.

Look for Bonner to have a huge night and carry this team into the playoffs. He's going to show the Mavs how a real MVP handles bidness.

    Right on !

Wait, so now teams ARE allowed to use players being out as an excuse? Because all I've heard for months is that the Suns fans were "whining" about Amare missing Game 5.

If that's the case, I think I'll go ahead and note that the Spurs 2003 and 2007 championships were substantially assisted by the fact that their opposition were missing key players.
Quit trying to stir up .

Bottomline, it's only a regular season game. Spurs are a vet team and even a big loss won't have a psychic impact for a future playoff serie.

I agree that the game is not that meaningful but I would really love it if the SPURS could whip ass tonight.

It is a shame that TD and maybe Manu is out. Looking at the schedule i thought the Spurs could be about 15-3 when they got the rematch with Dallas at home and was really looking forward to this game. Not now because Spurs are not likely to win for obvious reasons.

When the clock reads 0.00 and the Spurs have less points.

It's a lose/lose situation for Dallas tonight. You win it's because of no TD; you lose and you're a big bunch of pussies.

I'm not even gonna bother watching.
    You're done Jason!

If the spurs beat the Mavs without Duncan and Ginobili I'm gonna laugh for a while. They are playing horrible so this may happen actually. The Mavs are a train wreck waiting to happen. Believe.

If Manu's going to play with a sore left index finger, he should just drive to the hole and finish with his right hand every time, so he can play normal minutes.

Is he starting in place of Duncan or replacing Finley?

Not crazy about manu starting, especially if his shooting finger isn't better.

I bought League Pass finally, and the game is the damn Mavs broadcast team. Dammit. At least I get to see the game.

Yeah. I'm not sure how much I want to watch. The sound is already off.

Overall, I think it's a win-win situation for me. If the Mavs win, I get lots of vBookie. If the Spurs win, I eat the vBookie, but hot damn! The Spurs win, the Mavs lose and the Spurs get a great victory snatched from certain defeat. Can't go wrong, eh?

    Yeeuurrrgghhh.

If this is an indication of the way the game will be called and the % the Spurs will shoot, it's best if I turn it off now and save myself a world of grief.
