This is a HUGE win, very ugly game but they never gave up from the start. The thing that stood out to me was the defensive rotations. Previous games they werent making the proper defensive rotations and guys were WIDE open MANY times. Tonight not so much, there were a couple of times but not as much as in recent games. They seemed to play with a sense of urgency tonight. Big Up's to Michael Finley for hitting CLUTCH shots, Bruce Bowen's D on Nash, Timmy hanging in there, Manu being Manu even tho he struggled, Udoka hanging tough, and Vaughn even though he missed many wide open jumpers still being aggresive when need be. Great win guys, now build off of this and keep it up. You can do it! Believe.

Last minute was pretty quiet compared to the earlier chants of "whiners" and "crybabies"; Suns crowd should be very embarrassed!

I was reading their game thread. They are saying they at least 'split the season series'.

Are my April 9th tickets still good or has that game been cancelled ?

Probably the worst game Phoenix played all year....and no it was not all because of our defense.

Still, I'll take it. The Spurs could not afford the mental blow of another loss....the first four-loss streak since 2001.

SO HAPPY the Spurs pulled this one out...
Agreed. The only thing good about this game was the "W". Other than that, Phoenix played like uninspired, ho-hum dog . Manu was horrible for almost 3 quarters. He looked physically ill and just didn't seem like himself.

I've seen us play better and lose. So, considering the opponent and that we won on the road and that we avoided a 4 game losing streak, I'll say it was a Great win.

I actually was laughing my ass off at how bad Phoenix played tonight.

P.S. Ime's a stud. He's tough as nails and Diaw didn't like the physical defense Udoka put on him.
