Pardon the overreaction, but it's been a while!

This was the sort of ugly win they should have been able to pull out against the Sonics. It's not going to make anyone's Games of the Year list, but it's a win, and a win against a quality team on the road. Wins like these are like ugly babies-they ain't pretty but you still love them.
Oh Yeah!
Reminds me of the ol' 99 team. Guttin out dirty wins.
Actually this game reminds me of Game 5 WCSF last year.
I wonder what's Amare excuse for not showing up this time?
Seemed more like a Suns loss than a Spurs win, but that's fine with me because I hate the ing Suns.
Holy !!!
Super Dupper Pooper !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Probably the worst game Phoenix played all year....and no it was not all because of our defense.
Still, I'll take it. The Spurs could not afford the mental blow of another loss....the first four-loss streak since 2001.
SO HAPPY the Spurs pulled this one out...

For the standings watchers among us, the Spurs made up a full game tonight on the Mavs, Suns, and Lakers. For all that this recent slide has been -- and I'm not saying we've reached the end of the tunnel just yet -- the Spurs are 3 games out of the #1 seed with almost half the season to play. They're just 2 back of both the Mavs and Suns for the #2 seed and they've split the season series to date with New Orleans, Dallas, Phoenix, and Utah while being up 2-1 on LA.
As bad as things have been, they could be much, much worse.
IMO with this stretch of games against eastern conference foes, and the Mavericks and others playing some es of games, its prime for a bit of a mini catchup run.
Let's go!
damn they are narowing the chances of good draft pick![]()
yeah spurs should have been winning these ugly games for a while.
it's about time they remember to win ugly games duh
Oh well, maybe they don't want a lottery pick after all.
Not an overrecation at all. It HAS been a while.
Great win! Good job of the Spurs showing championship-level resiliancy.
Very good damn win! No matter what, they NEVER gave up! They dug deep and got stops when they had to and scored when they had to! Great Job!![]()
yeah, i really hope the rest of the team's vets build off this momentum.
Can you imagine if we lost??? That'd be four days of Spurs fan AGONY!
what a relief!
Best part about this win? The Spurs maintain the psychological advantage over the Suns. This should bode well if the two teams meet again in the playoffs.
