Maybe thats true but the Lakers had problems other then injuries in that series. Ironically Detroit had similiar problems 2 years later with Ben Wallace against Shaq and the Heat.

Well, the main problem with the Lakers was their lack of chemistry during the Finals; they had a good run in the West and it looked like that chemistry was perfect

In the 3 games played in Detroit, their offense was weird (Pistons played great D, but still)
