Is the East still considered part of the NBA?
Is the East still considered part of the NBA?
Is it that bald metrosexual guy in Jersey? And no, I'm not talking about Vince.
Who'da thunk it?

How can they be so bad with their "Big Three"? It's the East.
Yes, just as it was in 2004.
...and 2006! Reminder, the Pistons weren't the last East team to win the championship.
You forgot 2006
You know, when Miami beat Dallas after beating you guys in the ECF
I didn't forget 2006.
2004 was of better use in this example, considering the poster.
Thanks, though.
1989* Magic/Scott injured
1990* Kareem retired
2004* Malone injured
See?
Surprised you left off officiating as an excuse for 2004 series.
No it was only the Malone injury that gives you an * for 2004.
By that logic, the Cassell injury give the Lakers an* as WC Champion in 2004.
Solid point.
Maybe so. But we still have 14 trophies.
And another Team of the Decade le to win![]()

14* Laimbeer phantom foul in '87.
When is Bynum realistically scheduled to come back?
That's interesting...my guess was going to be Joe Johnson.
God the East is weak if Jefferson is the 3rd best scorer.
I still can't believe the Boston with the best overall record and Ray Allen is not even on the All Star team. Seriously Jason Kidd and Joe Johnson over Ray Allen.
thats cause ray allen's a whiny .
see 2005 semifinals vs. spurs![]()
That was a good series too bad Seattle could not pull it off. Then again it was a odd year.
Homer
The Pistons were wayyyyyyyyyyyyy superior to the Lakers
Maybe thats true but the Lakers had problems other then injuries in that series. Ironically Detroit had similiar problems 2 years later with Ben Wallace against Shaq and the Heat.
