That would be cool if Manu got to sub in for Bryant, because it'd count as 2 -All Star appearances, and Manu definitely got snubbed this year.
Maybe if Bryant, Being a Manu fan, sees Manu's recap, he'll vouch for Manu to replace him, letting him rest his finger
(Still Manu probablywants the vacation now)

Yup, Homer juice...but MANu played really great tonight and beat those pesky cavs. Unless Kobe's hand is broken off, he won't miss the all-star game.
What the is that supposed to mean.....
Wrong Laker poster, I think.![]()
46 points says yes until next week, but utah is on fire
Church of Manu you have a convert!
Manu is awesome... I have a lot of respect for what Roy does in Portland... But Manu should have been the coaches SG for what he does and what he did.
26 ppg 7.4 apg 7.4 rpg 2.4 spg 54 FG% 47% 3PT% all that in 38 minutes... this is not Lebron, this is not Kobe... This is GINOBILI for the last 5 games

What about people who think he puts big number in limited playing time because he doesn't have the stamina to play more?
If TD plays like the MVP he still is, if TP comeback rested and ready to shred defenses and with Manu on fire we don't have to fear any team.
Manu's is as much an All Star as Kobe.
For you Spurs fans ...
Ok, I know I'm a Pistons fan, but I'm a Ginobili slappy. I love watching the guy play. The only player I love watching play more is Iverson. But, anyway, I thought some of you might find this debate interesting. I have a running debate with a guy on another messageboard as to which player is better, Manu or T-Mac. Thought some of you Manu fans might find the debate interesting. It is kind of long and I think you have to register to see the thread, but if you're interested enough, take a look:

I ain't registering to, but if you're defending Manu then, I think Manu > T-Mac. Keep on spreading the love. Now that the homer juice has been gone, realistically Manu is a top 5 SG in teh league.
HAHAHAHAHA
No ing way. Let me ask you this... if you straight up swapped Manu with Lebron, how far do the Cavs go, and how far do the Spurs go?
, let me give you the answer too...
Cavs - Lottery team yet again
Spurs - 16-0 in the playoffs.
Manu is TOPS in the league...he'll take it & dish it like with the best of em...MANU u DA MAN!
Manu is simply amazing. While he is a legit all-star regardless of not making the team this year, Kobe is a legit SUPERSTAR. Huge difference between the 2. Kobe is hands down the best all around player in the league.
and i thought the Ditka thread was good enough....
Odd, but they were discussing him on ESPN halftime in the Suns/GS game, and the statement was made that Ginoboli MAY be the best all around basketball player in the WORLD.
I suppose that MAY BE leaves some room for doubt, but they look at him at least in the top 2 or 3 possibilities.
I think what makes Manu so special is there are nights like last night, where he beats you with his shooting. Then there are nights where he rebounds you to death. Some nights it's stolen balls, others assists. Maybe another he is driving and gives you 15/15 from the FT line. The bottom line is, Manu doesn't have any glaring weaknesses in his game. He can hurt you in so many ways, and especially in crunch time.
Didn't Larry Hughes score over 40 last week....big deal. Great game, but I love it when Manu has a big game, he immediately shoots up to the top 5 SG's in the game talk.
So now your comparing Ginobili to Larry Hughes?
Kill yourself.
Look, there's about 30 threads stating that Manu is God....I just find it peculiar. Oh, and I'm one of the "other" fans that does think Manu is an all-star this year.
Which one is Manu ?
