uh , word up
This is just my opinion....but I think it is a good one..and to all those fakers who think the Spurs are boring to watch, you obviously know absolutely nothing about basketball and about the greatest team and sports franchise in the past decade!.. I mean they were given that le 'boring' back in 2000 and it has stuck with them since. But ever since (The One Man Fastbreak) Tony Parker and ( El Contusion, The Magician) Manu Ginobili entered the picture, boring and the Spurs go together like oil and water, like Jews and pork, like Clemens and the truth, like Paris Hilton and talent, like Bush and intelligence. It doesnt make any sinse at all when someone calls the Spurs boring!
Hey Paris does have talent !!
Just ask the Chicago Bears
Can I have some of that Homer juice please?
i think it is ed homer juice...
I'm not a homer but I really do think Ginobili is a top 10 player in the league when he turns it on.
Sure. You can buy at your local Grocier. It comes in six packs, usually refered to as BEER.
when he plays like tonight there isnt anyone in the league that is better...
of course kobe has another level... so does wade...
only those 3 at guard have the killer instinct and skill to separate them from the rest of the pack...
you know im right.. someone's jealous!
"Did someone say juice ??? "

No question. When he is Super Manu he is one of the top 5 GAME CHANGERS in the league. He does it on both sides.
HAHAHAHA!!!!!![]()

Ill drink to that!
Yeap, when he doesn'tt have a cast or an injured INDEX FINGER ON SHOOTTING HAND!!!
Lebron took time to rest a pinky finger, so let's not underestimate Manu's injury.
Pre-injury Manu was a top5 player.
I still dont understand how he's not on the ALL-STAR team this year!. He's having the best season of his career!
That's too much info
Manu should go to tha NBA All Star I think he deserved it and should get the 6th man award the guy hustle every game, if he is not having a good offensive game he'll make it up with his defense and that my friends is the sign of a smart player and team player who contributes any way he can, passing , rebounding , shooting and making the other players better, he is not selfish the only problem with this team is that when they retire the Spurs Org. is going to have to retire their numbers and they are not going to have enough numbers for the other players to wear and Manu number should be up there with David's, Goerge's and Avery's and again Manu is the Man
Manu = TRUTH
Im far from the "Manu should start" homer camp but the man is definately playing at another level this year. When Manu is playing like he is now its pretty much impossible to believe another team could beat the Spurs in a 7 game series.
That being said, I cant wait for Parker to come back and Manu going back to 6th man.
I'm surprised he only managed to commit 1 turnover in 41 minutes.
And I agree. When Parker comes back, Manu will have more time to destroy teams from his sixth man role with the 2nd unit like at the start of the season; hopefully we have a healthy run going into the playoffs, we'll be in a good position.
Ginobili is not the best all around player in the NBA.
I love Manu and have been on the Manu Bandwagon since the spring of 02.
But he is NOT, the best all around player in the league.
Because he got hurt and he slumped for a while. He was playing awesome to start the season, then after his injury, his shooting was really down. He's back on track now. He's awesome when he's in this Super Manu mode.
Now he gets 5 days off.
Freakin bobcats. Won't know what hit em.
Hope Ginobili doesn't even look at a basketball for the next 5 days.
With Kobe hurt and possibly (possibly) missing the ASG, it will be interesting to see who might replace him in New Orleans. I'd put my money on Baron Davis, personally, but if Kobe's truly out, I could also see that the Commissioner might choose a shooting guard as a replacement.

Manu's All-Star hopes might not be completely dashed (though I'd prefer that he have the weekend off).
I think because the All Stars already have Nash, Paul and Iverson as point guards...I think Manu would get a chance if they are indeed looking for a shooting guard...Because if they choose another point guard, then there won't be enough shooting guards...
