yet you snobs are okay with Bowen and Udoka.
I'm more than Ok with a clutch shooting 3 who shuts down the other opponent's best wing player and another guy who not only can guard points and wings but athletic 4s as well.

Bowen and Udoka showed last night they can score as well.

    Die quickly but painfully.

Every season it's the same old ing broken record. The Spurs win championships with defense, veteran role players, and non-flashy small trades, if at all, and Ghost wants the Spurs to win it with offense, young crackheads, and big headline grabbing trades. One would have thought he'd find another team to follow by now.

This is just getting ridiculous, all these bs trades coming up from GW. Frankly, I wish you would just have stayed out of ST and spent time with your family or whatever you were doing.

Ricky Davis misses a shot intentionally to get a handicapped triple double.

    End thread.

The only reason I would sign such an inconsistent nondefender is if Barry is really done for the season -- and in that case, why the would Miami do that?

Only reason I could see is if Marion drops out, its even more capspace to deal with.

    Doesn't matter.

The only way I'd want Ricky Davis on this team is if Udonis Haslem came with him.

That being said, it aint happenin.

    Unless

    Bonner, Elson, Barry

    could that work?

Well, if Riley is ready to run Davis out so fast that he will give up the potential flexibility of Davis finding a good sign and trade and will take on old ass Brent Barry then perhaps that should give one pause.

    Just like Maggette.

C'mon man. There are more plausible options that Davis
Like who that we can get?

Um, Davis is a veteran role player, he plays solid defense, would not be a flashy trade and would shore up our hole at the 3.

Fvck yourself... this is no more far-fetched than Kurt Thomas.

Why do the Heat want to get rid of him again?
His future is in doubt there, but I read that he is a "Riley guy."

I'm uncovering every stone I come across, Chump.

    See anything?

He says that he doesn't want to leave the Heat and is looking for a permanent home.
I think that answers your question.

Dude is not suited to Spurs Basketball.

Bull . There's no way the Spurs make the trade for a dumbass like him who doesn't offer anything other than himself.

And you like the Thomas idea.

Riley hardly plays the guy and only does when forced to.

Good enough that Riley would trade him for a one-legged Barry?

Davis averages 35 MPG this season.

"On October 24, 2007, he was traded to the Miami Heat along with teammate Mark Blount in exchange for the Heat's Antoine Walker, Michael Doleac, Wayne Simien and a first-round draft pick.[2] Davis will be reunited with Pat Riley, and Riley admitted he made a mistake of trading Davis in the first place; "I made the mistake of trading him. He's a very talented kid. He was not a problem here. We just needed to move and get bigger players at that time. Over the next six years he has been very efficient."[1]"

I have no idea what you just wrote, but please stand corrected about how much burn Davis gets and Riley's regret for trading him.

    He traded BACK for him.

You don't do that for players that you don't like.

Get past the headband, T Park.

I'm offering ideas, which is more than I can say for 98% of this Forum.

Get past the headband, T Park.

I can't get past the problem that he is a selfish ballhog.

    The headband doesn't bother me.

    Didn't bother me SJax either.
