It's the TV. It only has one HD input and from what I can gather, only supports 480i/480p/1080i.
Make sure you have your inputs set up correctly.
Menu>Settings>Input Assignments
DTV should be set to YPbPr, not RGB.
Other than that, buy a new TV.
Don't know there. Maybe it had a bug like the X360's 1080p setting one also?

Already set to YPbPr, could it be that the xbox was set to 720p?

Thanks man. That was the problem. xbox was set to 720p and the tv didn't support it. You kick ass.

And baseline was right as well, just thinking a different resolution.
