    Hillary's tactic is to get primaries in MI and FL, planning to win goose up her popular vote totals, so she can plead with superdelegates to vote for her popularity rather than with Obama's superior pledged delegates.

    For the cost, the DNC is broke, the RNC is wealthy.

    Caucuses are cheaper than primaries, no?
