Duncan is play 34.8 mpg. Last season he was playing 36.6 mpg. Why are people dying over that 1.8 minutes?

Because last year, we didn't win.

Also, tell me if Tim is doing ANY good?

He's getting shut down and Tony parker is getting his back, if not we lose.
He needs to get his minutes back, it's hurting him, and I can promise we won't win again like this.

Yes, that's a good thing. Why would you not want him more rested for the end of the season and into the postseason?

He played in the Olympics, he's been sick with the flu for a couples weeks. So with the Spurs having their best start in franchise history, what's the bad thing about having Tim a little more rested?
I would have really been happy if Tim sat out this game due to flu. There was no reason for him to risk injury, but I loved the fact that Timmy stepped up big on D on the paperclips last shot.

    Tony Parker is the man.

again, Tim did not have good game. This is too obvious and going on too long to ignore.

He started strong, but petered out and disappeared.

So what is your solution to getting Tim back to his MVP self?

My solution is to sit Tim out on games like tonight. Why risk Tim getting hurt when he is sick?

Tim should have sat out some games to recover fully. With a great start, we could have afforded to maybe play .500 ball for a while. It shouldn't take weeks to get over the flu with professional care.

I've flummoxed about what to do about Tim. His numbers aren't horrible (Pau had 5 pts tonight @PHX), but his offensive moves just aren't there, his offensive decision making is slow and hesistant.

I think Kaman (whose style reminds me a lot of Lui Scola, crude, inelegant, but very effective) Elton are examples of very physical hustlers that make mince meat of Tim.

I got Gasol on my fantasy team, and he's been doing very good.

Better than Duncan, I think that Cardinal got back on the rotation, so it was his time to step up.
