www.pumpupthemovie.com is where the movie came from. After thinking about it probably is fake because it's a commercial for the actual movie. And there's a video game on the site for it.

I am really surprised that you are such a champion for this video clip. I would never have guessed that you would take up such are arguement. As I said earlier, the video is a clip on a Best Buy web site used to premote a movie they are releasing. They most likey put the clip out so as to draw out attention to the movie's release.
This is not the first time this has been done for sales purposes. As many of you might have seen, there are other so called "clips" that have been released by companies to drum up interest in a product. Watch some of the below examples:

Anyway, the way her hands are pointing while her legs are "stretching the net" would've certainly got them caught in said net.
A hoop is only 18" in diameter -- bottom of the net has to be even smaller.
18 inches is big.
You obviously haven't put together a basketball net for your house before.
I could easily fit through mine, and im not an anorexic cheerleader.

Actually it's not to promote a movie they are releasing...the movie isn't real, it's a commercial they run in AMC theatres asking people to turn off their cellphones.

I'm not denying CGI exists, but I see no evidence that it was used in that clip or any of the other parts of the commercial.
By the way, this is a very high quality clip...
But if you look at the grass at the bottom of the screen at @ the 23 second mark of that clip you will see the grass get blurry when they edit the clip.
That clip would be a lot more simple to fake than a fast motion clip like the cheerleader clip...and you can see the obvious editing, I want you to show me something in that cheerleader clip that is an obvious edit.
Get it on video.Yup.

Well, how would a woman's hips get through the hoop? There aren't that many women running around with 18" hips or less? I would think she'd get stuck somehow...
Actually, you guys are saying it's clearly fake and you have yet to show a single clip that comes close to backing up your point...all you guys are doing is posting clips from other stuff....
Innocent until proven guilty, if you know it's fake then you ought to be able to produce some kind of evidence(using the clip itself, not totally unrelated clips)
The skeptics have said you can see parts of her body on the outside of the net that shouldn't be when she is going through it...where is that picture at?

Show me the photo where her limbs are pointing in opposite directions...or pointing outwards to get snagged by the net...I took more than just 12 snap shots of this clip, I took 22 of them and I zoomed in on them and at no point is there anything remotely resembling editing.

the hips, it's the shoulders that would be hard to fit through.
And can you imagine what would happen the one time you didn't make it perfectly? You'd break something getting caught in the net or hitting the rim.
I guess it's possible, but it's not very likely this thing is real. How many times would she have messed up before getting it right? Each one of the times she screwed up would have caused some damn injury, and you can't tell me you can do anything like that without a LOT of practice or screwing up a few times.
Yeah, I'm not buying into it. Like I said, it's possible, but only if the damn planets align.
