Because each team is different. Just because Seattle or Orlando don't want what the Spurs are offering or the Spurs won't give them what they want doesn't mean another team can't come to an agreement with the Spurs.

Obviously that is not set in stone. But you have to be realistic. If a team like Seattle, who have a GM and a coach that love the Spurs will not do deal, it does not bode well, especially when other teams have a lot more to offer.
