Agüero needs the ball inside the area, not dribble through 3 guys. Tevez same thing. We have no playmaker. It's an abomination too because we just dont even play Argentina's style anymore.

Agreed. I would make Lavezzi take over Banega and Di Maria Cambiasso. Leave el jefecito alone at the 5 is the right choice. Zanetti will always get to midfield to help anyway.

I can't even remember an Argentina team this inept two games in a row. Maybe during the Bilardo days, but at least back then we had solid defense.

Banega is probably the worse midfielder i've ever seen in argentina in 10 years, he tries to dribble and do things ala messi, i can't get why he still gets playing time.
on the game: i just cant believe argentina is stuck in this situation, this is what i was talking about something's lacking in their players. i see their bench and i cant really get it...

i really don't think batista is a bad coach, like urunobili said it's amazing seeing this kind of talent lost against poor rivals.

The problem with Di Maria is that for every good play he s up five... he's all speed and zero control... and a lousy defender to boot.
