Ok, he J-Hoed it up this month... I'll give you that. Hey, I even ignored his little J-Ho of the Jungle swing on the rim in respect to him stepping it up.

But c'mon - I can't let Devin go when 75% of the Mavs games I've seen this season have him hitting the backstop hard on his own accord... mostly because he's going to fast to slow down. It's one thing if he's getting slammed into it by other players, but you'd think he'd learn to utilize that pretty nice spin move more than the "I'm going to whack my head and shoulder again sliding into the basket" move.

Barbosa used to have the same problem (hence, missing at least 15 games each of the last 3 seasons - excluding 06-07 - I believe), but he's started learning how to tap the brakes a little bit.

Secondly, ponks, I thought you could read between the lines and see the irony of the terrible flop Harris pulled (which is the reason I'm attacking him this game) to bait Bavetta into a cheap call in the 1st quarter, and then see how it all came back full circle to have J-Rich knock his out of there and then join him in a stanchion-induced collision.

It was a microcosim of the game itself, punctuated by (an ill-advised, btw) Matt Barnes 3 to put them up 11 and complete the very surprising 4th quarter Warrior run.

Yeah it was - Harris gets Mavs started off on the right (flopping) foot and then J-Rich nails his off the backboard while Barnes gives a nice little kiss to the stands after hitting an important 3.

Mavs disintegrate... rinse and repeat in a few days.
