    You're right about the spot. Defender can easily cut off so many angles when you're in that corner. I think you play into the Laker's strength with the two plays they ran, though.

    I agree, but this should never have come down to a last shot. Yao, Scola, and mr. intangibles sucked ass, we had 21 turnovers, Martin got in foul trouble early in the third quarter, our backup pg was out and we still had a chance to win. I hate to lose, but I think that we will only get better.

    the San antonio heat wee hoping they had aLakers loss for consolation ...did not happen. even worse for the San antonioan contingent, Rox will be a handful...and scola will be ready to tap that ass. Dont get me wrong, spurs are still the more feared and respected opponent ...but Rox will give the spurs much of the same issues they gave the Lakers tonight.

    Rox/Spurs have been close games the past few years. I still think Dallas is a tougher matchup within the conference, but Houston def. won't be a cakewalk either.

    midnightpunkass is nowhere to be found. Our bench produced 32 pts and a +33 from 3 players. Wait until LO adds to our bench. We are down 1 starter and Kobe is 80% at best. The Rockets backcourt lit us up and we still won. The league is in trouble.
