It didn´t go in. The ball stopped on the line. The are other videos that show it. Too lazy to search...
There´s also a chance that Vlaar touched the ball on its way back...not clear video available though.

Some time ago there was this goal-keeper that stopped the penalty and went on to celebrate but then the ball took this weird effect and went in. Funny . Perhaps someone has the youtube vid link.
