Which makes what point to my post?
Edit: Seriously, I've posted too much and too many replies. I need to hire a helper to organize and correlate.

It's that ing beard.
Someone needs to remind Pop the South done LOST!
He had a third-day of Gettysburg look tonight.
I thought he played well overall. Key word overall. If he doesn't get shots he won't get a rythm, when all is said and done his line looks better than Bertans and there were a lot of things he did that don't show in any stat, like all the passes he made to dudes who got fouled right under the basket and other hockey assists. I think he will settle in and only get better though the season.
Like I said, I hate to bag on Lee bc he's good at what he does, but teams don't do well with him on the floor and a nonspacing big like Dedmon. It's a horrible pairing that is already showing that it can't work even in preseason.
The Pistons game we saw it with Anderson, this time we saw that lineup but with swap Anderson with J.Simms and it was exponentially worse, like seriously horrible.
I don't know how Pop will work things out with the bench but the two nonspacing bigs are a problem together.
Pop is going to give Anderson a ton of chances with starters and spearheading the bench, the beginning of the season. Things will get real in March. I hope he's a net positive, to the max, when that happens.
He has things... they do show. I saw some slick passing, but did they go anywhere, or just look slick?
He can make things happen, but does he make things happen often enough to win?
Those are the questions that will be answered this year.
Pop can stagger their minutes so Pau/Lee & Dedmon/LMA are paired more often than Dedmon/Lee.
He used to pull Tiago & have him play w/ the bench unit to start the 2nd/4th quarter.
Splits always posts pervy . I don't think he even knows his basketball. Sick mind he has. I don't even ignore him bc he's harmless and so predictable.![]()
I'm thinking Appomattox.
I have an impression of having seen him with Pau here. Pop will indeed have to stagger them out.
I think Lee's passing will help. He's good at it and willing to feet Dedmon, and that definitely makes interior play better. Issue is that if Anderson isn't the one running the PnR, his secondary penetration will not work very well. It's definitely something to look forward to.
But I think Anderson clearly had a different mentality once that ideal bench unit moved into the game. He stopped looking to pass or to make the "right play" and instead got to his spots and went to work. You're not going to be able to make great plays often if you don't have a go-to method of scoring, so that's why this game was encouraging. Let him be a chucker for a while before you want him to run anything. With shooters, a roller and Manu, there's plenty of organization to get the team their points.
You don't pay attention to him downstairs. I'm man enough to give props. He's creative and strong. He straight up came at me in this game thread and I had to give him 'spec. He threw all in on a gamble I wasn't completely convinced in.
Strong. I just call everything as I see as I see it. No matter what it says upon myself.
Well he only throws pervy at me, so i can also vouch for what I know. He has a sick mind. I don't know his basketball at all,but I do know he's a perv.
Isn't that a postseason elimination game?
Mannassas..
I attended the game tonight and my one takeaway was that Dedmon looked like he can play. Because of the blackout on pre-season games it's my first time to lay eyes on him. Stats wise it was obviously his best game. Saw some good signs from Pau and TP. Kawhi looked disinterested. I have no clue if anyone will fill that 15th spot.
Thanks for sharing!
I saw a 1 minute review from Spurs Nation that described the play as uninspired.
That about says it. Ho-hum...
Highlights for those who missed it:
Nice mix of veterans and newcomers.......
Im excited for this coming season, it will be a learning curve for sure.
But if the team gets it (super chemistry) around the all star break, then watch out NBA!
Kyle will not be traded this season. (neither may Simmons to the dismay of some, or at least not until he's had enough of a run to turn his career around or show that he's not going to do that, and go like De Colo or Daye, it's all on him right now)
Bertans is a 4.

Lots of guys wanting gay with you in this thread. Must be your cologne.
Super chemistry wont save this team. It doesnt have the right personnel makeup. We need to make a trade or two.
