this was a very good episode.
I don't mind the absence of the oceanic 6, i'm more interested in what's happening on the island.
And Desmond is my favourite character.
Now we know why Alpert went to visit Locke when he was on the incubator in the hospital (Locke told him to). He also visited Locke as a child and presented him with several items (a knife, THE compass, and a glass of sand) and asked Locke to choose which one belonged to him. Locke chose the knife, and Richard was dissapointed.
this was a very good episode.

Another thing that I thought was interesting was that Richard (and crew) did not notice the flash of light that accompanied the time jump Locke was about to make.
F U Time Warner!I had to watch it online.
Anyway......Itoo when I heard him say Charlie.
The woman Desmond went to go visit, the one in the hospital bed, is she the same chick with the braids holding a gun on Charlotte/Asian Guy/Faraday?
I never understood why anyone watched this show. Just tease after tease after tease. My wife loves it. I stopped after the 2nd season. I can't stand soaps.
It was great seeing Richard not knowing wtf was going on.
ok so we know Widmore was on the island, along with that chick who held Faraday hostage.
what if, this young girl was Faraday's mom, aka possibly, the woman at the end of the 2nd episode ? He did tell her she was familiar.
Richard called her "Ellie" and Faraday named his rat Eloise.

I can't believe this show will end next year.![]()
Don't worry, there will be others.
Seriously though, this show is just greatness. I will end up watching Season 1-6 over and over again just to get my LOST fix.
I actually want this show to end. lol
I'm too much into it. Its making me look like a serious nerd. Haha.
But I dont see how any other shows are gonna top Lost when its all done.
BUMP
episode 4: little prince
ok a little theory:

I knew Ben was the one behind the Kate ordeal. He had to get her back to the island somehow. Why did Sawyer see that scene with Kate & Claire? What's up with the nosebleeds?
Am I the only one who knew that male nurse wasn't a real nurse? Who sent that guy to kill Sayid, Ben?![]()
Holy @ Jin last night. When I heard the french voices I was like watch here comes Russo.. Then bam pregnant woman. THEN BAM SHE SAYS SHE'S RUSSO.
Solid season so far.
Yea dude.............seeing Jin totally caught me off guard. And how does Ben know he's alive? Looks like he tries to convince Sun in next week's episode.
I love this show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Damn this time travel plot. It is a genius way to play out the rest of the series but it is hard to play along.
You pretty much have to watch the entire series from the pilot after every new episode to pick up on new things. And then the way the writers throw in misc. clues that have nothing to do with the final solution as a means to keeping the die hard fans busy is equally as genius. These writers are in another league.
It's a double-edged sword...you can appreciate the intricacies and how they tie everything in together, but it's so damn confusing.
I was talking about last night's episode with a friend of mine and we had a hard time remembering when the Frenchies found you know who and where Sawyer's crew was at the time.
Still, I can't help but sit in awe as it all unfolds. They haven't had a "wasted" show in so long I can't remember, and I fully expect for that trend to continue.
Shocker of the season so far! I mean, I thought they would show it one way or the other, but I didn't think it would come so soon. Definitely made that episode.
My first thought was that Ben is bluffing, but my friend has an interesting theory...and it involves Russo.
He thinks that Ben saw Jin with the Frenchies when he snatched Russo's baby. Obviously that would mean she has to pop soon, b/c the flashes don't last too long...but I thought it was an interesting theory.
So, if Ben sees Jin 16yrs in the past, he connects the dots in the future when the island moves.
because Jin can't die. He hasn't fulfilled his destiny yet, and Ben knows that.
Just like Michael couldn't die until he got on Widmore's boat and set up the chain of events that he caused. Just like Locke can't die until he goes on to do what he will do (albeit probably by future Locke...in the past!).
Eventually they will have to show the pirates/slavers from that BlackRock ship right? I hope that is a good ep.
Does anyone else think all these people in the states who are helping Ben (the meat market lady, the lawyer, etc) are from the island also? Kind of like Whidmore.
That's a neat theory, but...isn't Ben suppose to be the father of Russo's baby?
That makes sense.![]()
Do you mean Rousseau, or were you expecting Rene Russo to be a guest star?
He's not her biological father...he stole the baby from Russeau after she had given birth.
Oh that's right, I remember Russeau telling her story of how her baby was taken from her and how the Frenchies died. That happened in Season 2 I think.
