Dipstick Skip with an interesting take.
Lebron got tired, ran out of gas mid 3rd Game 2.

Sharp with the good addition of how WarriorRef phucked over Cavs especially in 1st half. Easily seen by eyeball test if you're not Casual Phan.

Just because it was put together by drafting doesn't mean it was any less of a stacked superteam.

Why shouldn't Durant be "crucified" for going to the Warriors when LeBron still gets on to this day for free agency moves that were nowhere near as egregious? At least when LeBron went to the Heat, the league was still compe ive and Miami was still vulnerable sometimes in the playoffs. It was much better for the fans than this garbage.

I assume you're also a big fan of Nickelback, Call of Duty and Marvel superhero movies?

But they're so popular among the lowest common denominator, Diego! You know, kind of like this Warriors team.

They were stacked, but are you really gonna call them a super team? They all became great NBA players on the team that drafted them. Organic growth shouldn't be referred to as a super team.

It was so compe ive in their eyes that LeBron literally started to count how many rings they were going to win - on the day they were presented.

I don't hate LeBron for doing what he had to, but KD is just doing the same. LeBron paved the way and KD is just following the same. After all, it is legal.

It was much better for the fans than this garbage.
This hot garbage is currently amassing the highest finals ratings since the 90's. Who knew people wanted to watch a historically great team do their thing?

That's just playing a semantics game. When you have three eventual MVP candidates on the same team, it's a superteam. Doesn't matter how you got them.

The West/Baylor/Wilt Lakers were being referred to as a superteam decades before unrestricted free agency was even a thing.

It was so compe ive in their eyes that LeBron literally started to count how many rings they were going to win - on the day they were presented.
And? Would you prefer he tried to blow smoke up everyone's ass about how he "took the hardest road" like Durbeta did? Regardless, it doesn't matter what LeBron said at the time. The product on the court was still compe ive and the Heat were still vulnerable at times. I'll never understand this idea that words said at a pep rally in 2010 trump four years' worth of on-court results.

I'm talking about actual fans of the sport. Not normal s who only watch the Finals every year because everyone else is and they need something to talk about around the water cooler.

For the people who actually watch the NBA from October through June, the league was a better product in the Heat/Spurs era than it is right now. There's no argument against it other than "muh ratings," which will go away once even the casuals realize we're in for 5+ more years of this trash. Pre-Warriors, there were tons of great playoff series. This year, you could count the number of good playoff games on one hand.

Did those Celtics ever win 73 games? Did they ever get as close as one game away from repeating? Were their all-stars all in their physical primes? Did they add an MVP in his prime to their already stacked team?

On top of that, MVPau, Odom and Artest were better than any Cavalier not named LeBron James. Now, Kobe's bum ass would be getting the James Jones treatment on the Cavs, but it says a lot about how stacked those Lakers were that they rang in spite of that scrub's chucking.

Fact: Kobe beat 4 HOF players with one all star by his side (who just so happened to be 0-12 in the playoffs, until Kobe held his hand).

Fact(s): LeHype has two current all stars, two former all stars, and in total: 10 lottery picks on their roster right now. They have the "best team money can buy" at a whopping $126M. Yet with ALL that help, KD is pushing his in thru 2 Finals games

Fact: Kobe beat 4 HoFers by himself in 04 and again in 13.
Fact: Kobe led the lakers to consecutive franchise worst records and became he first (and so far, only) player in lakers history to miss 4 playoffs.
