enough with the ing, it's just one game. I'm just glad Spurs are back playing i missed watching these guys play
Looks like Terry Porter has already done some good for the Suns.
But we really need to get our defense going. No way would last year's team have let them get that many good shots in the last 3 minutes. That's when our defense always clamped down and smothered the other team.
Maybe the new guys need to watch some film - LOTS of film!

I think the spurs played pretty good. Considering the injuries they have. I still dont like vaughn and bonner had his moments but still sucked. Mason was impressive but the spurs defense as a team was really bad but it was just the first game. That will get better as the season goes on.
Should've called timeout and set up a play...oh, well...good game...if Manu was healthy and playing tonight, the Spurs win by 8-10 points.
Bonner puts the ball on the floor with 4 seconds to go. Way to go, Matt.![]()
WTF!!??? Bonner SUCKS!!
Bonner with the last possession!!!!!!!????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!! me.
fukn bonner? are you serious? this
How appropriate Bonner takes the last shot, after running the clock 3.6 seconds, and missing the attempt.
not killed, just stabbed in the knees
bonner cost us the game...that dood stinks. why does he dribble out the clock and fire up a 2 pointer...LOL
trade/waive.him.now!!!!
Lessons learnt:
- Bonner should be in charge of the gatorade
- Try some youth at the 4; what do we have to lose when the alternative is Bonner?
- Roger Mason needs to pull the trigger instead of passing it to non-shooters
- The D needs to be fixed asap
What a waste of terrific games by Duncan and Parker. If this is what it's going to take to put points on the board, we are in trouble against the good teams.
Is Pop giving Bonner some few games to prove he deserve his roster slot? , with the way Bonner played, Pop would have left him sitting all throughout the 2nd half already, but he still let him play even in the crucial minutes.
If this is true, then we may be well seeing Bonner in the dog house 10 games into the season.
Some of you high strung folks have forgotten our 2nd best player is sidelined until December.
this was a good game, the role players didn't finish how the started...or else we'd be doing the post game interview.
well, even with Oberto, we are hurting in the big men area...so with him not playing, we were at a serious disadvantage....and no Manu too....so this loss doesn't worry me at all...i'm psyched to see Mason playing well...Udoka has some flashes...
what the is shaq saying? swallow saliva, open your mouth and talk slower fool
..and all the LOSERS FANS COME OUT
A shout out for Harry Wurzbach! Hilarious.
good thing manu wastn playing. but it was a big win for the suns even tho it does not mean n e thing at all. just a confidence boost.
The suns barely beat an injured spurs team.. yeah big win![]()
I hope Ian can help TD on defense
Bonner + Thomas give us 0 tonight. I know Bonner isn't a good defender but Thomas was damn bad
Kurt has GOT to start making his shots...or just not shoot.
Maybe - but the Suns have always done well against the Spurs in the regular season - it's the playoffs where we always kill them!
Regardless of the outcome, that was an entertaining game to watch.
I'm glad the NBA's back again.
