Finally. I thought this day was never gonna come.
It will be good to ring in the season with a chance to stick it to Shaq and the Suns again.
A lot of people have already tried to write the Spurs, but all that's done is put them back under the radar. As long as the big three are still intact, then you can expect this team to make a strong le run and surprise all doubters.
The quest for five starts tonight. And for those counting, it's an odd year again on the calender.

this is a tough game..
no Manu..Hill is injured and will be getting accustomed to the system..Mason will be getting accustomed to the system..those are 3 key rotation players..and the Suns are gonna want revenge for the embarrassment we gave them last April, and they're fully healthy IIRC..
Tony and Tim have to have 25+ games each, which they both should be able to get..I hope to see pick and roll after pick and roll..hopefully we see Mason step up, or Finley, or even Farmer..
dude you forget Suns are going to be rusty too. plus their new coach and completely different strategy.

i find it hilarious that some "spurs fans" arent even cheering for the spurs. i understand the low expectations and the fact that our team isnt as good this year... but to not even cheer for them??? why are you even a spurs fan.
