So all these exit polls that people are quoting everywhere they are from the in-person voting? They must be irrevocably damaged and near useless then. I mean this election proved polling is half useless anyway but especially exit polls in a year like this where so much mail in voting was done

Exit polls are supposedly a combination of traditional in person exit polls (both from early voting and election day voting) and phone surveys of people who voted by mail. Either way I think they’re worthless now.

It’s a tall order. … It’d be a miracle, in one sense, because everything has to line up, but you don’t stop fighting until there’s a point where the courts rule against you. That’s it. We respect the rule of law.”

WASHINGTON — Thirty-one former Republican members of the U.S. House on Monday called on President Donald Trump to accept results of the 2020 election – and recognize that Democratic nominee Joe Biden won – as the vast majority of current Republican lawmakers side with the president's refusal to concede.
In a joint statement, the group of former Republican U.S. representatives said they believe statements from Trump, who has leveled baseless claims about voter fraud, are efforts to "undermine the legitimacy of the election and are unacceptable."
"Every vote should be counted and the final outcome accepted by the participants because public confidence in the outcome of our elections is a bedrock of our democracy," the statement reads. "Going forward it is our hope the nation will, regardless of party or persuasion, recognize that President-Elect Joe Biden has won this election."

“In that case, a Republican election observer said she’d been given a sticky note by an unnamed poll worker, alleging that late-arriving ballots were being counted improperly,” the Post reports. “But she couldn’t provide the poll worker’s name or any other proof.”

Some of this might have worked if they had the element of surprise, but Trump blew that when he insisted on projecting what his strategy would be. Now Biden has a legal team that’s much sharper than Trump’s and it’s ready for all the stupid lawsuits Trump is going to try and file this week.
Why would they? Most of them believe they can be pieces of all week, go to church on Sunday, and then go to Heaven when they die.
