Here's the entire 2013 LSR. I used a "thumbs up" for some of the recruits I think Texas will target next year. Two guys that didn't make the list (maybe due to a lack of film) that will be on there eventually are OL Alex Mayes of Van Alstyne and QB Chris Johnson of Bryan. Mayes is a stud and a prospect Texas may go after despite having two generations of TCU football in the family with his father and grandfather both playing for the Horned Frogs. QB Kohl Stewart of Houston St. Pius X at #91 will jump significantly in the future as well. Enjoy.

Sorry to be a little off topic but I figured you guys have answers. What is the best way to get season football tickets? I know of the all sports package, but I know that I will not be going to most of the games other than football. So are there football-only season tickets for students? When/where can I get these tickets?

    Pop-

I'd call the box office at the stadium and ask them to make sure. I think there is an option for football only but the tickets aren't guaranteed even though you pay a fee up front for the entire season. The box office hands them out until the supply dries up. Instead of having an email version of a guaranteed reserved ticket sent to your UT account, you actually have to go down to the box office every week and draw tickets similar to what the public gets. For example, when Ohio State came to Austin in 2006, I waited in line for three hours for non-guaranteed tickets because I didn't pay the extra money for reserved seats at the beginning of the year. I'm probably being of no help to you, but the people in Bellmont can steer you in the right direction. They will probably give you the option to buy them while you're at orientation and setting up your email account.

    Kermit-

SLX is spittin' fire in that thread, but he started getting bashed towards the end. I honestly don't know as I've never heard of that guy since I don't venture over there very often. It's very possible that SLX is someone from Barking Carnival or Recruitocosm who's trolling in order to drum up clicks for both sites. Even mods on pay sites have aliases that they use as attention getting devices to increase traffic and conversation so readers will think there are actual insiders present. Beauty of the Internets and the recruiting world as people want inside info that they can't get anywhere else. It's why newspapers are dying because the world moves too fast. You either believe what SLX brings to the table or take Scipio Tex's word from his post at #217 on page 5. As for me, I couldn't care less because all I want to do is write and talk UT football.

My first post was an attempt at humor, using a reference I thought you knew about. The whole episode was very, very funny.

Looked pretty hilarious. I have no clue, man. Like I said, I don't read much over there. What was the final conclusion? Jesus= Scipio= Trips= SLX= Charlie Sheen?! Lots of people in that thread that need to relax and enjoy themselves.

I think Scipio put to bed the idea that someone was posting under his name. It also got really, really personal. The Jesus/Trips was alledged by two different people who have a lot of pull on that site. Who the knows really? Internets are serious business.

No telling. That's their business and probably already squashed. It's a shame when people get personal like that. I'm glad we've established a place here where none of that goes on as it's completely uncalled for.

    Back to recruiting...

Per Hook 'Em 24/7, Major Applewhite and Darrell Wyatt were in Springfield, MO yesterday to see five-star WR Dorial Green-Beckham. Just a reminder that Wyatt was there a little while ago on the 10th, so this was UT's second visit in two weeks. Hopefully a summer visit is in the works.

Like I saw someone say on another website say, lets just keep DGB away from OU, it won't really matter if he goes to Mizzou.

As for the tickets, I'll probably go talk to people during my free time at orientation.

DGB can to go Arkansas, Mizzou or even Alabama for all I care. Must not go to OU (who is probably still the favorite).

    Good luck with tickets, Pop.

New OL supposedly coming to J5 courtesy of the road warrior Searles:

Richard "Rico" Webb of Dematha, MD. 325 lbs of OT that played behind 5 start Bama signee Cyrus K

Welcome back, Whisky. Been wondering where you went.

You'd be correct on Webb, sir. I'm going to compile a list of attendees for June 5th and June 12th tomorrow as both continue to grow rapidly. The staff has been really tough to keep up with the past few days with so many visits and invitations going around. Just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before I post anything.

I heard a rumor which may have just been a rumor that OL Westerman regrets going to Auburn and may have wanted back to UT.

    lol mad?

If you've been reading this thread for any period of time, you would know that TFloss welcomes people in to talk about most stuff recruiting related.

I generally only post in here when there is some link to the Big12 or UT.

    So go yourself
