For Timvp....

Dude drives 500+ miles out of the way...in a Black and Silver (chrome) Pickup Truck to have dinner?
As difficult as it is for athletes to give it up...he's comin'.
For Timvp....

timvp knows more about Spurs basketball than anyone I know.
He's said all along that Malone was coming (though he hated it). And I have said (and still do) that Malone is retiring.
Go figure.
Yeah but you'd never make a post like this so: KE > timvp
I'm just asking the questions. Seems as if your conscious is making you feel guilty.
Telling.
If a Player were a traitor to look for to reinforce his equipment, then every year between seasons, They would be betraying to those who already are in the Team
If in The Off season, he want a PG, Tim is betraying to Tony, if he Want a SG, he in betraying to Manu, if he look for a Center, he´s betraying Rasho
A Franchise Palyer is like a GM, he must Lokk for New Players every day, because it´s HIS TEAM
The same malik said that it would like that Karl comes to the Team
Holy cow! I've been looking for that link forever!!! Thanks!![]()

I can see LJ now, sitting upstairs growling and grumbling while he listens to everyone cheer Malone on as he scores the winning basket in playoff game 6 @ Miami over Shaq.![]()
It was gone for a while, but they brought it back! Woo!
VS Miami IN SA thank you very muchgame 6 @ Miam
Tim Duncan is not a traitor.
If Marks or Massenburg have a problem with picking up Karl Malone theyll have to get the over it.
Cut Marks, put Massenburg on IR, Malone Horry in the game at the same time, is one damn scary lineup.
Look at this at the end of games.
Duncan
Malone
Barry
Ginobili
Parker
Now you talk about freakin offense.
Defense wins championships though.
Offense and Defense win championships.
Defense before Offense Nikos.
Not choking wins championships...that has been SA's problem when they have been ousted. Their defense was still good, but they could not score off a jumper to save their lives.
Who can hit the shots better at crunchtime, Malone or Rasho? Malone or Rose?, Malone or Mass?
Answer that for me.
I agree 100% Marcus dont get me wrong.
The defense first philosophy is what brought two rings here and will bring a third god willing this year.
Malone no question brings it on the defensive end, just watch his play last year in the playoffs.
Offensively though, this team will take a huge jump, with him in the lineup.
Im honestly stoked to see how he'll do.
I think come in hungry as , bust his ass, play tough hard nosed Karl Malone basketball, and the Spurs will be damn near impossible to beat.
For this team sure.
But not all championship teams were better on defense than offense. I just don't agree with the blanket statement.
But for the Spurs purposes, they do need both, and are obviously needing to be better on defense than offense to suceed. Both need to be rock solid though.
99 and 03 Spurs teams were. But not all champonship teams were better on defense than offense.
99 team the Spurs were pretty piss poor on O, but there D won them games.
I agree the Spurs won more so because of their defense.
All I am saying is I do not agree with the general blanket statement, "Defensive wins les". The Spurs preach it and are the best at it, but it does not apply to all championship teams.
If it's a big difference, then why do teams adjust to new players after the mid year trading deadline? Your argument is weak, trying to hide your dislike for Malone behind 'what the guys in the locker room will think about TD backstabbing Marks and Massenberg.'
The PROFESSIONALS will understand.
I call dibs on Timvp's seat for all games that Karl Malone will play as a Spur!![]()
My opinion: They all want the best possible chance to win a championship (and the extra $$ ain't bad, either'what the guys in the locker room will think about TD backstabbing Marks and Massenberg.'). If they all believe that Malone will seriously help accomplish this feat, I don't think there'd be a problem at all. They all seem pretty selfless and oriented to the common goal to me....
How can we consider Tim a backstabber, when he's out there trying to bring in the best to play for our city? He's only trying to take San Antonio to the top.
Tim would be a triator if he didn't try to recruit the best players. What's wrong with Linton going to the NBDL like Devin? The rest of the players want a championship just like Tim, and if Karl helps make that come true, then how can you question TD's commitment. Actually, if TD wanted to get rid of the entire team then I will go for the ride too.
