If you didn't get a chance to read the E-mails before Cuban took them off here's a link where they are posted.

I've been thinking of something lately, I don't approve of Howard's comments and I think he is a fool for saying that kind of stuff but wasn't he actually right? Look at it this way Howard said " I don't celebrate that I'm Black" and someone responds " Josh Howard he's a n... anyway" Doesn't that prove that Howard was right? That means there truly is racial separation.

That was my problem with Cuban giving names and IPs of the e-mail's sender. An e-mail is something private between two (or more) people. Making them public without the consent of the writer is lame. I'm quite sure Cuban has removed them because his lawyers have told him that he could be sued because of that.
This was the brilliance in Cuban posting these emails.
People writing into Mark Cuban to call Josh Howard a coon ass n... thinking that OK, this is private and between the two of them. Then Mark turns around and publishes these "private" emails.
This is no different than Josh Howard who was thinking him and the camera phone were having a private conversation. Then that camera phone vid goes public.
Cuban obviously wanted people to see how easy it was to get "caught on tape" like JHo and suddenly go under fire...I betcha those email addresses got spammed to . Could you imagine if you worked with one of those dudes and recognized his name and wait until Monday comes and he has to deal with it. Just like JHo.
Also, the content of email is not "privacy protected" unless specifically stated in the email.
all those pussies that were hiding behind their so called private emails... they deserved to be exposed!
great point![]()
Are you being serious? Josh Howard was in the middle of a crowded football field at the charity event of a high profile athlete speaking into a camera. That in no way whatsoever is a private thing.
Those racist idiots deserved to be exposed, but to say that their exchanges were just as non-public as Josh Howard's is just stupid.

I'll start a new thread on that one. See College Sports.
