A healthy Duncan is still a better all around player than Dirk. But, at this point in his career, you can't ignore that Duncan will have a hard time staying 100% healthy for likely the rest of his career. That's why you almost have to take into consideration that Duncan will rarely be 100% healthy, especially towards the end of the season. That shifts the edge to Dirk, imo. Both are still great, great players. And, an 85% Duncan is still most likely a top 10 player in the league.
Tony Parker was very deserving of being on an all NBA team. But, I don't think it's arguable much at all that he had a better season than Wade, Paul, or Kobe. And, Duncan though not 100% still played 75 regular season games. That helps a lot. So while Tony had to carry a team of mainly scrubs, if you consider injuries, then so did Wade and Paul.
Tough breaks for Deron Williams and Joe Johnson. The guard positions saw a lot of players have great seasons this year.
