no for real 4cc has like 30 trophys and 10 belts from his days training with pat militec

he used be hardcore- triple jump state record setter, catching passes in varsity football games, but now he just falls asleep by 10

I would pick Krav Maga, as other posters have said. Probably the best defensive fighting system in the world, with quick and tactical threat neutralizing blows stressed.
