1. LA was hot and on a streak playing well without Kobe(something you moron fans won't admit). They came to SA and their streak DIED. It isn't our fault your future "franchise player" coulnd't lead his team to one playoff game.

2. The Warriors are BETTER without David Lee, so don't give me that . The proof will be in the pudding once he is shipped off his offseason. GS WAS THE HOTTEST TEAM IN THE PLAYOFFS and we cooled them off, shut them down.

3. We faced the Grizz, who up until we swept were crowned "The reincarnation of the 04 pistons" by the national media, no one gave us a chance to beat them. Also, we got the HEALTHIEST team left in the west. How is that in anyway the easiest path? Wouldn't the easiest path be getting the beat up Clippers? or the Westbrookless Thunder? Yeah, instead we got a healthy, streaking, tough team and ing swept them.

This wasn't a TOUGH path but it wasn't the easiest at all. Very dumb post.

The coasting excuse is funny. Talk about going full re if the Heat really are "coasting". Every game = more chance of injury. I think Miami had an easier path. You can make a case that the Bucks were a better team than the Lakers, but it's no contest between the injury rattled Bulls and the hot Warriors. When comparing Griz and Pacers I bet any team would have picked the later to play against.

But in the end it doesn't matter. You can only beat the teams you play against.

Why does everyone forget about the '87 Lakers? They had the easiest route to the Finals in Western Conference history. They played the 8th seed, 7th seed, and 5th seed - NONE of those teams were a fifty win team. In fact, only one of them was even able to manage a .500 record. Look at those SRS numbers...laughably bad

2nd round: 42-40 Golden State Warriors (5th seed) SRS of -2.53

The Spurs' path to the Finals was of average difficultly. Not historically easy like the '09 Lakers, who didn't play a team as good as the Grizzlies in their run.

The Grizzlies did indeed have limitations, but were still a very, very good team. Before the series started, the majority of fans and analysts picked them to beat the Spurs. And they were correct in their presumption based on how the Grizzlies, who were peaking, entered the series and the matchup problems they presented to the Spurs.

The reason Memphis appeared to be an "easy" opponent was because Tony Parker went nuclear and Tim and Tiago turned into the Wallace brothers defensively. Two things no one saw coming.

Me and a lot of Spurs fans saw this coming from miles away. In timvp's pussy thread I said that Parker had been torching the Grizzlies in recent years and that the lack of shooting from Memphis would be their downfall 'cause it would allow us to defend them like we defended the Lakers. There are probably no Heat fans on this site in reality.

The fact that a person can easily create another user name and select any team they want is a testament to that probability, as most new names you'll see are alts of existing members. They look for anything they can find to entertain the chosen few, so that they will be exalted among these few, and in turn create a more lasting name for themselves.

You cannot troll effectively from the loser's seat. It's why names like Kool, Luva and Dale have left.
