Thats his only prized player he can boast about. Players like Jonny Flynn have been busts, and I don't see anything special about Carter-Williams.Im postive UNC has won more chips than Syracuse since 2003. UNC has more players playing in the NBA than Syracuse.
Carmelo, his prize player, has yet to make the NBA finals.

They really should look to trade Green while his stock is at an all time high. He is just one of those guys who will always find himself making the wrong decision at the wrong time.
Ok genius, how about you give RC a call so that he can be gifted with your basketball knowledge? I'm sure he is dying for somebody like you to tell him which players to dump.
Its not nearly as popular as it used to be now that the elite players at most play only one year in college. People like the NCAA tournament for bracket and gambling purposes mostly.
Green is a great shooter and defender, but he does have shortcomings. I don't think it's that big of a deal that a coach noticed this and talked about it. Jeff Van Gundy was one of the announcers for one of the games and he essentially said the same, something like "Danny Green has got to stop dribbling and trying to force the issue," and he was right... that's not Green's strength at all. He's not a good ball handler. There's nothing wrong with an objective evaluation of a player's strengths and weaknesses. Pop himself said he was like Bowen in this regard.

Dump implies getting rid of, while my opinion is Green has peaked in value and will not be able to get in the future the same return that you might get now.
lol at blaming a $3 million/year guy playing way over his head when our $14 million HOFer had one of the worst Finals performances of all-time. It's amazing the series was as close as it was with Ginobili playing so terrible every game. If Manu played average(not even star level) SA wins this series in game 6. , if Manu didn't even show up to the stadium in game 6, SA would have five championships right now.
Its the only time where white scrubs like Hansborough, Fridette, Morrison, Red can look like superstars.

If it wasn't for Danny G, probably would of been swept or in 5.
Let us accept the reality that as much as we love Green on our team but in game 6 & 7 he went cold 1-19 from the 3pt line.
That's the truth.
He had some good looks at the rim but it was not just his nights. And we understand.
The Spurs future is still bright.
