I guess you answered my question.
you are way off. talking about the patriots game, stud
Now he's trying to explain his ty sarcasm. This is getting ugly.
I'll give you some advice brotha...a life lesson, if you will. Don't hitch your wagon to a black QB. If you think it's bad trying to defend him now when his team is doing well, just wait till he s the bed later and adds his name to the list of 0-fer monkeyballers. We've seen this script before ( we're watching 2 others--Kraep and RG3 do it right now)...some guy has a shining rookie year, maybe another, defenses eventually figure him out, and he becomes a frustrating stat the rest of his career (a la Vick, McNabb, the LIST GOES ON)
Thus its tiness and questionable use. I conceded that point (RW's lone impressive H2H victory) even before you went on your pissypants routine.
thats fine. my thinking of Wilson being better than RG3 (which was the context in which i called Wilson under the radar, since people would put Luck/RG3 in one tier, then talk about Wilson afterwards as in "oh yea, he was good too"), and that Wilson is a good qb in this league isn't what i would call "hitching my wagon" to him.
but if some members on this forum have the compulsive need to find anybody else to give credit to on the team, than so be it. i have a feeling a lot of it is due to the fact that avante has hitched his wagon to wilson (saying he is better than luck) and everybody hates avante

Your efforts to defend his mediocrity every week speak for themselves, but agree to disagree.
Kaeper had a couple nice passes that impressed me, but his decision making was pretty damn awful, as you said.
All in all:

Chief Brody, crunching the numbers and educating Russell Wilson nut huggers per par
Meh.... Wilson isn't elite yet, but people on here make him sound like Alice Smith
I do think Wilson can make the leap to elite status in the years to come though, I think he's smart and skilled enough to adjust as the salary cap takes its toll on their stacked supporting cast....
That's only in response to the media last year making him out to be Drew Brees.
Congrats on beating a non-playoff team on the road. Still under-.500 road record, will get murdered in the Meadowlands by Peyton if they even make the SB.
that was all Lynch and Richard Sherman obviously
What kind of numbers did Brees put up in his first full season with LT?
Brees: 526 Attempts, 320 completions. 3,284 yards, 17 TD's, 16 INT's. 60.8% Completion percentage. (130 yards rushing and 1 TD)
LT: 1,683 Yards, 14 TD's. 79 Receptions, 489 yards, 1 TD.
Wilson: 393 Attempts, 252 Completions. 3,118 yards, 26 TD's, 10 INT's. 64.1% completion percentage. (489 yards rushing and 4 TD's)
Lynch: 1,590 yards, 11 TD's. 23 Receptions, 196 yards, 1 TD.
Now, the only reason they're really being compared is because Brees serves as a reference point for Wilson for those who think he's too small to play the game. And, Wilson picks up some things from Brees to implement into his game to SOME extent. Given the type of running game Brees had, those are very comparable numbers.
