I have never tried ketchup and eggs but I (like many South Texas inhabitants) have had tomatoes in a different form on eggs....

in the form of breakfast tacos with salsa or hot sauce on top.

well it's just l;ike that only blander. but still yummy.
of course now you've got me dying for a bacon potate and egg on flour with hot hot homemade chili....... *drool
