Rotation is harder as the disparity between players is non existent beyond the top 6-7 guys. Pop has been fairly consistent with his starting lineups out the gate the last few years however.
What would be classic would be, at the first game, Keldon sitting on the bench with his warm-ups on. When Pop calls him to sub in, he unzips and shows the gold medal hanging on his neck. That would be an instant classic. Followed by Pop telling him to sit back down. Lol!

man, whoever nails this one should get a $50.00 gift card to Fred's Fish Fry.
You know, I was pretty excited about the various lineups that could be thrown out there, how the 1st and 2nd units could shape up and be tweaked. Even Pop's tinkering would have been interesting to witness.
Now we know Bryn Fvcking Forbes is going to be hogging a minimum of 25 minutes a game, and likely starting way more than he should, and it's totally taken the wind out of my sails to even care what Pop chooses to do.
That being said, when you look at this roster as it currently stands, you have to think more trades are coming, unless guys are just going to be cut or given the DeMarre Carroll treatment.
It can and probably will get worse. The good thing is we have no long term contracts but I am confident there are no trades coming. PATFO probably thinks this is a playoff team. We are more likely to buyout Thad before trading him somewhere he doesn't wan’t to go.
I think it's an absolute lock that Murray, Johnson & Poetl start and don't see a scenario where any of these 3 go to the bench. It gets more interesting between White & Walker at the 2 and I lean towards White starting with Murray to bring more playmaking and the defensive tandem would be a force in the backcourt.
I expect Tre Jones to at least start the season as the backup point unless he has a disastrous training camp. The 3/4 starter would probably be McDermott but my wildcard although not to confident in this prediction is that Samanic gets the nod. Pop also loves to ruin spacing so if Young is still on the team, don't be surprised if he's in the starting lineup. Lets hope he gets traded.
The worst possible outcome, which means it’s probably going to happen: Murray, Forbes, Johnson, Young, Poetl.
elite spacing !!
I don't know who is starting at the 4. Johnson is not an ideal 4. But the spacing of Poeltl!/Young/Murray is poor. McDermott isn't a 4. Aminu probably getting cut and is on the verge of not playing again. So if Luka has the range, could it be him?
Murray/White/Jones
Forbes/Walker IV
McD/Vassell
Johnson/Young/Samanic
Poeltl/Eubanks/Landsdale
